I coordinated with senior management, architects, design and fabrication firms, and multiple vendors and installers to create a holistic experience for shoppers, communicating the company’s brand values and corporate image while reflecting the history and local flavor of each store’s surrounding neighborhood.

My responsibilities for this flagship location in the suburbs of Richmond Virginia included creative direction, art direction, design, as well as budgeting and project management of complete décor and signages package for all new stores and remodels, as well as upkeep and maintenance of decor packages for over 30 existing stores.
