The founders of high end New York streetwear brand House of Paa approached me after encountering my photography online, and asked if I would be interested i shooting a look book for their upcoming headwear collection. Even better, they gave me a creative carte blanche: “We ship you our factory prototypes, and you shoot them however you want.”

Branching out from my own personal photography of the time, I eschewed the idea of human models, going out for long walks through Los Angeles and “hanging my hat” anywhere that struck my eye.
